| SMA was fun.....got back from HAwaii and then Florida both were great....so sorry if I haven't e-mailed any of you in like forever (more like four weeks).............the only big thing in my life right now..........I go to college soon!!! | Went to Pearl Harbor yesterday......it was so touching and amazing. I took a lot of pictures of the USS Arizona (the one where the people got entombed and are still there).
We also went on board the battleship USS Missouri and saw the actual spot where the Japanese unconditionally surrendered to Douglas MacArthur to end WWII. I'm not really a history buff (though it might seem like it), but I found all of this interesting just because I SAW everything and you can picture it now because now you've seen the spots.
Today we also went to all these private beaches....the ones with the waves crashing against the cliffs. It was so cool (and beautiful).........cya.......I did find out that our flight arrives in Albany at around noon on Sat. (July 1st??). So that means I'll be back for Sunday church and stuff......then I leave on Wed (July 5th??) and don't come back til July 20 something. | | |

ALOHA!!!!!!
Went surfing today......you can now call me a hot surfer cause I ripped it UP. Pearl Harbor tomorrow...can't wait.....Hawaii is great and I'm gonna live there (HAHA...what a joke....I'll prolly be a homeless guy)....but wait!!! talking about homeless ppl: we saw three in Hawaii: two were together on the street playing a guitar (only one was) and the other had a sign that said "Why Lie? Need Beer" Isn't that funny?? (Not the fact that they're homeless in Hawaii....but the sign) the other we saw was diggin in the garbage and taking drinks w/ stuff in 'em and drinking 'em.....he was ransacking the garbage......

| in hawaii right now.......so awesome.....9 hour flight from Chicago to Honolulu in a Boeing 767 (the ones w/ 7 to a row and about 40 rows)
went to the beach......took pics already
the penthouse is NICE.......the becks haven't arrived yet.....I forgot my battery cord...so we'll have to see what happens......on wireless internet right now......that's about it.......except that I'M GONNA MISS YOU GUYS SO MUCH and pics of grad and hawaii are coming when I get home so stay tuned!!!! | | |
